HOW CAN I SEND DRAWINGS?
You can upload your drawings directly through our online quote form in PDF, DWG, JPEG, or PNG formats. If you have files in a different format, please let us know, and we’ll guide you on the best way to share them. Alternatively, you can email your drawings to enquiries@focus360energy.co.uk after submitting the form.
The more information we have, the better we can understand its energy performance potential. This typically includes:
- Architectural Drawings: Floor plans, sections, and elevations to understand the building’s layout and dimensions.
- Site Orientation: A site plan showing the position of existing elements and the orientation of the proposed building to assess solar gain and potential overshadowing.
- Construction Specifications: Detailed information about the construction materials and methods for existing walls, new structures, roofs, and floors, including insulation types and thicknesses.
- Window Specifications: Details about the type of glazing (single, double, triple), frame materials, and dimensions of all windows.
- Heating System Information: Specifications for both primary and secondary heating systems, including their efficiency ratings and any controls.
- Renewable Technology Details: If your project incorporates renewable energy sources like solar panels or heat pumps, we’ll need information about their type, capacity, and integration into the building’s systems.
Providing this information upfront allows us to conduct a more thorough and accurate SAP assessment, leading to optimised energy performance and a smoother compliance process.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major payment methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms. Payment details will be provided once we confirm your service requirements.
HOW MUCH DOES EACH SERVICE COST?
Our service costs vary based on project size and complexity. For an accurate quote, please complete our form with as much detail as possible. We aim to respond within 1 working day.
HOW LONG DOES EACH SERVICE TAKE?
Our standard turnaround time for most services is 3-5 working days. For urgent projects, we offer a fast-track service with a 24-48 hour turnaround (extra charges apply).
Please note that the completion time is dependent on receiving all relevant drawings and supporting information. If a full specification isn’t provided, this may delay the process. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way to ensure your project is completed as quickly as possible.
