Meet the team
Sam
Sam is our company Director. He started the business 7 years ago from humble beginnings in the Bristol area. Since then, with a can–do attitude, he has expanded the business to service avast array of repeat clients on a national basis.
He is also qualified as a residential/commercial energy assessor and a qualified SAP assessor. He is also a classically trained pianist and can be found tinkling the ivories at the weekend.
Will
Will is our customer services manager, He has been with us for a year and a half and has a wealth of service lead experience. A team player with a can-do attitude!
When he is not focusing on the day-to-day of keeping our customers happy, you’ll find him in the kitchen as he is cooking and food-obsessed.
Alex
Alex is one of our SAP assessors, He has a vast amount of knowledge after a decade in the industry. What Alex doesn’t know about SAP isn’t worth knowing! When he’s not got his head down running calculations and offering advice to our customers, you’ll find Alex on the links practising his short game. Focus’s Answer to Rory Mcilroy!
Harriet
Harriet is our bookings manager and one of the newest additions to the Focus team. A highly organized individual her main duties are to liaise with staff and customers alike to ensure your site surveys are carried out on time. In her spare time, she bakes and loves a cuppa!
Gregory
Gregory is one of our Non-Domestic Energy assessors, he has been with us for several years. Professional, polite, and always on time. There’s no job too big or too small for Gregory. When he’s not on the road carrying out CEPCs, he is at home spending time with his family.
Jess
Jess is another one of our SAP assessors and has been with us for just over a year. Her main duties include the production of SAPs and supporting desk-based services. She is also on hand to walk you through the ins and outs of a SAP providing that hands-on approach that is synonymous with us as a company.
Cristina
Cristina is qualified as both a residential and commercial energy assessor. She has been in the industry since 2015. Whichever side of the industry you are on, you can be sure Cristina will happily assist you. When not walking our customers through an SAP or SBEM, you’ll find Cristina either smashing out the sets on a tennis court or having an evening at the theatre.
Ross
Ross is one of our longest-standing domestic energy assessors being with us from such an early stage booking in jobs with Ross is a breeze! Predominantly focused on Bristol and the surrounding area, you can be sure Ross is the man for the job! Away from the hustle and bustle of Focus, Ross has a young family that keeps him busy!
