What is a SAP Calculation?
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) can be produced once the calculations are complete. In the event the calculation shows your property isn’t compliant, your Assessor can provide helpful advice and guidance on any required changes.
It is recommended that you instruct an Assessor early in your project as late stage changes to non-compliant construction can be very costly. If you need guidance on any existing or potential projects in the UK, or require a quotation, give us a call or fill in our quotation form.

Our fees are typically based upon the size and complexity of a dwelling. We do prefer to offer a bespoke quotation on a job-by-job basis to give you the best price –
